It's defenitely better than nigri-tier gijinka's, but I think the design just doesn't fit a pokemon like Jirachi. I love how Jirachi looks so innocent and dreamy, and I really wish more cosplayers would concentrate on that more rather then how sexy they look, it's very hard to find some good, accurate cosplays of small cute pokemons like Jirachi.
