Here's a genderbent Madoka I actually liked

When cosplaying genderswapped characters what do you think is acceptable in terms of deviation from the original costume design?
For example when feminizing a male costume instead of just having your boobs exploding out of a low cut top doing little things swapping the normal shoes for heels, or when trying to make a feminine costume appear more masculine bringing the neckline of a top higher up?

What are the general do's and do nots of genderswap cosplay?
