White collar is really tight to fit into, but them again I have a large head and lots of hair. The navy collar has snaps on the triangle part so its a little easier to put on. Navy stars are flat and customed closer to APs, white is star shaped glass jewels.

Both have unsecured or semi-secured bows which are prone to slip out. IDK how they take heat, havent tried to wash or steam any of them. In a rental apt for a couple weeks, steamer n shit are back in my other house but my maid here is a POS so not even going to bother until I get back overseas.
