Networked friends and lobbyists. It's not hard to find out the links between people like 60 minutes cause most people don't care about it. The only people who do the research are people like myself who was taught to critical think about things. School should have taught everyone how to use their brain but apparently most people don't. I knew where to look cause I already studied the big networks a long time ago, but one day you may come to accept that all these news conglomerates are not who they appear to be. Nothing to do with conspiracies, it's just usual human will. Treat these companies like the mob, and everything makes sense.
