Does anyone have experience with metallic heat transfer vinyl? I'm looking for a method for the gold lines on the dress pic related. My first thought was bias tape or applique, but I've heard vinyl looks nice and might be a good way to do it?
Do I need a cricut or other special cutter for the vinyl? Is this the best way to do the gold, or is there a different way? Thanks.

Any wig suggestions? I've been looking at Arda's salmon, but I feel like it's just not right.

Go with raven. Dark blue is going to read too saturated in most lights.
