Bows with belts that don't match. ESPECIALLY when the belt is some awful shiny satin and the fabric of the bow's body is a nice normal textured cotton. Like, what purpose could that possibly serve besides you being horribly lazy and not wanting to make a proper goddamn belt for your goddamn bow? (This is almost exclusively a handmade/homemade lolita thing) Even worse is when they don't bother at all with a proper belt, they just tie a string around it to make a bow-ish shape and be done with it. Also, I'm so sick of almost every etsy "kawaii" lolita shop, they all sell the same stuff. Ugly decoden phone cases, ugly melty glittery resin necklaces, it's so boring and everyone does it.
