This is my first time posting to /cgl/ sp tear into me.

Finally started making my first cosplay because a couple of friends (who already gave up) wanted to but I'm enjoying this shit.

With that said, I'm wondering, because I just learned of eva foam (after making like, 4 armor parts with worbla) and I'm wondering if since I don't need it to be flexible should I bondo the visor part? I don't know how I'd get rid of the seams.
