I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but Diamond Honey has this lolita-appropriate clear heart bag up for preorder now, though it's ending on the 26th of September. The production time is expected to be 25- 30 days. It's running at CNY48 for the deposit, CNY118 total.

These are the only two colors, and the measurements are listed at 30cm high, 36cm long, and 10cm wide.
