Nami from League of Legends desu. I've had ideas and even sketched out few, but honestly each idea would end up in the thousands budget range with the materials i've had in mind and I just don't have that much money and probably never will in the near future
(if anyone has any suggestions for materials, please tell me because I do want to cosplay her but I just don't know what would be good materials and such for a character like her that wouldn't go overboard with a budget)
