Actually there wasn't going to be thighhighs, there was going to be a sleeveless bodysuit underneath it all, and the belts on the side of the skirt were just a part of the skirt's design. Yes, the flaps would be holding the fronts of the jacket together, the bodysuit underneath would keep my breasts or anything of the sort from showing. But since the design has gloves now as suggested, it would be a full bodysuit instead of a sleeveless one.

Semen blob omfg, that actually made me smile thank you. I'll find whitesnake skin material. Would the bodysuit work in place of form fitting pants? I took that idea from Redglare cosplayers with the teal bodysuit they put under their outfit. I think the face fins, horns, and tail would be nice too. But for the glasses would I make it red like the Pyropes, or white like the rest of the design?

Here's the picture I drew before seeing this post, it's really just an updated jacket, longer hair, and gloves. The bodysuit is there, but due to the lack of color, you can't really see it.
