Why does security and tech ops need to go to Japan for networking? Now that Otakon is in DC proper, these two department heads could network and consult with local agencies and tech firms on the "how to" of their jobs.

DC is one of the best places in the nation to get help with understanding both of these fields.

Hi I was looking for tips and directions from more experienced cosplayers about my project .
Next month there will be a convention I want to do a cosplay in and Nagito from Danganronpa 2 in particular got my interest.
There are a few hoodies on AliExpress but are overpriced and low quality and they would deliver too late, I already found the material for the in a local textiles store and found a place to do the sewing as I do not own a sewing machine, do you guys have an hoodie pattern to modify, or for the wig and the hairstyle?
