Gift emails are out.

Gift assignment emails have gone out. If you did not receive one, make sure to email me or Seagull Santa. Card assignments will be out later this week.

We apologize for being a day late. There were some trouble with miscommunication and complications due to multiple gifts and double the size of last year's participants. I'll post up some statistics later.

I'm done matching guys, there are some slight changes to some of your price brackets. Email me and I'll explain why.

Be aware, next year there will be max gift limit.

I just need to format the email template and then it will be sent out.

Everybody do not worry, the matches will go out as planned today. The card matches, however will be sent out a different day. I hope you all can understand.

On the form someone typed in England and England(space) and I didn't catch that.

What's great that I noticed from last year is that interests are not limited by the genre, medium or style. Which is what made matching up people who shared the same niche fandom as Hannibal or j fashion substyle or brando, fun. But unfortunately we didn't have a large enough group to relevant pairings.

We had people give feedback links last year but I'm not sure how you would go about implementing quality control with that. Almost everybody had an lace market or ebay one. You could also try to make posting a gift strongly "encouraged".

I had a notion to include a unique id with every pairing for the secret santa to include in their gift somewhere. That way the recipient then can later post it via picture or email or a feedback email to confirm whether or not they grinched. But its up to this year's santa if they want to implement it. You could also create a "whitelist" for the bigger brackets like the secret s/a/nta's.

Some more tips to help out, be as detailed as you can in your wishlist in order to help out your SS, especially if they don't share interests.

International cards will still cost money to send.

Shipping is not included in your price bracket.

You may not get someone who has the same tastes or affiliation as you since its a small group especially if you take in account the people who can't ship internationally and whether or not the price range matches.

If you were grinched last year, send me an email to fluorescentblue@hotmail.com with your name/email you used last year and what price category you suspect you did not receive. I've asked Seagull Santa 2016 to forward me any emails about this.

I'm not sure how accurate the list will be since some of you signed up for multiple cards and or gifts. Cards will be harder to track.

I've also included sign up stats from last year, pre grinch checked.
