I don't really have an opinion about last year. Unfortunately I had issues with my FE:A cosplay of Lucina so I wasn't able to attend until Sunday. (I'm still slowly revamping it while commencing other projects.) I'm bringing back Lucina, as well as cosplaying Kill La Kill's Nonon (in silver school uniform) and SMT IV's Isabeau this year.

Thanks, anon. It's actually my first time doing box pleats so I'm happy they turned out decently. I didn't get the trim from JoAnn since they don't ship to my province, though I assume they must carry this style as well. It's not the cutest, I have to agree. I'm open to any suggestions you may have for an alternative.

Nonon's box pleats are coming along. I may add some tulle for more volume.

Almost finished with Hitagi's school uniform. It looks a little "off", I'm thinking of maybe shortening the top as well as darting it so it's more fitted. (Sorry about the undone bed in the background.)

I'm looking for a wig to use for Nonon. Preferably, I'd like that the wig was already made in a ponytail style so I could avoid wefting. I was thinking of buying this from Epic:

You just heat some worbla and roll it with your hands, similar to how you would dough, into a long string- which you can keep rolling depending on the thickness wanted. I eventually used my fingers to get finer points.

Revamping my Lucina cosplay so I started with the tiara and badge using some leftover worbla scraps. I'm going to be working on the pauldrons soon but really unsure on the thickness I should go.

I didn't get anything cosplay related, unless the worbla I bought myself counts? My family gave me gift cards, as well as money- some of which will be spent on wigs for upcoming cosplays. And my boyfriend got me some figures and chocolate.

I'm still unsure which cosplays I'm wearing to what conventions. However, I'm going to be working on most of these this winter break, as well as revamping Lucina for a early 2014 convention I hadn't listed- G-Anime.
