Ah, Black scleras were my first kind as well!
My advice for putting them in: push the top edge against your eyeball while looking down, so that it slides up under your upper eyelid, then tuck the bottom edge edge under your lower eyelid.It may take a few tries to do it, as the contacts tend to roll or fold over.
Also, make sure that the contact is completely clean, as a chunk of mascara or an eyelash feels like a shard of glass. Good luck anon!!
