So my work has its own server that we can just connect to using the internet. I'm just a processor so I just review and input documents on the client. Then we just communicate with our supervisor via the work email and get updates from her there and in the server all the documents are there in their own folder.

Fucking A I'm so glad this didn't come up when I used to work there. Some of the customers man. I was lucky and didn't ever have anyone to bad and most people were nice. (I usually worked morning shift so didn't really ever have to deal with the younger crowd) Right now I work from home for an insurance company but I'm looking for a second job.

Yeah I saw that all over tumblr too and didn't understand. I'm all for diversity and what not but it's not like they are taking this story thats placed in Africa and making all the characters white. It's in Scandinavia I think? Plus someone on tumblr posted some screen shots and they had some poc in the background. I dont even understand the sjw.

I don't understand why there is such a big hate on for this movie. Personally I really enjoyed it. Also OP are you talking about the face character? Because I agree that it's a bit to much volume in the front for her wig. Although they always go over the top with their face characters. I wish more people who are cosplaying them would take the time to make the outfits nice and not just to be first. Especially with Elsas outfit because it's so detailed. I hope I can cosplay Elsa for next winter but I want to be working on the dress pretty much all throughout 2014 to get it really nice.

I really agree with Homestuck, Dr. Who and Deadpool cosplays being over done. Like especially Dr. Who. Don't get me wrong I like the show and all but the costumes are just boring. Like anyone can put on a big coat, suit and covers and be like 'lololol I'm the 10th doctor' At least with the other ones the costumes have more going on in them.

Top row is for sure happening, bottom is some ideas that are floating around right now. Not sure for Perona if I'll be doing timeskip or not. (I think the rest of our group is doing timeskip so I probably will too be we will see)

There are staff everywhere so you really wouldn't be able to leave the main floor without someone asking. They have them at all the doors on floors above and they will ask to see your pass if its not visible. But like I think it's worth it to get a pass. Lots of cool things to do

I stayed there two years ago and it was pretty good. It's about 4 blocks away from the con if I remember correctly so about a 5 minute walk. The rooms were kind of small (we had five people in one so that probably didn't help) but it wasn't to bad otherwise. They have a bar downstairs too. The rooms aren't very sound proof though, so hopefully you won't get stuck next to loud people. We were unfortunately.

I don't think it's to early! Plus this gives everyone a good amount of time to work on cosplays for the con/ plan groups or whatever it may be. I actually just booked our hotel yesterday. We're going to be at the Paramount and I really recommend it to anyone still looking for a hotel. I think it's about in the middle for price range. It's a block away from the con and has a really good sushi restaurant attached to it. The staff was also incredibly friendly last year and the room was really nice.

As far as cosplays go I'm so stuck on who to be. The only one I know for sure is Nausicaa. Going to be cosplaying a champ from League of Legends for our group on Saturday but can't decide who yet. However if anyone would like to join us on Saturday you're more than welcome too! I'm guessing there is going to be a lol meetup/shoot anyways? But if not it would be cool to put a small one together.

Would also love to see more Frozen stuff! If you haven't seen the movie yet you really should. It's beautiful and the music is amazing.

Oh man I'm glad the community over here is smaller since we don't get this amount of dramu going on.

So due to shit coming up I won't be able to complete Ashe for this weekend and will just have to wait until the next con to wear her. So I'm doing a last minute Panty cosplay just to have something to wear. The wig is the wrong color I know but I'm happy with how it's going so far. I'm going to be adding in a bunch of layers and spiking them as well.

I've seen some really awesome One Piece cosplays at the past few cons I've been too. Really awesome timeskip Brooks who used stilts to get the taller look. Also a really good timeskip Nami/Sanji couple who were super cute. I think it's really sad that there aren't that many One Piece cosplayers. It's such a good series but I think a lot of people are turned off by it because 'it's too long/part of the big 3' (even though it's the best by far) Wish more people would give it a chance.

Also responding to OP, I really enjoy going to conventions for the atmosphere and cosplaing and merch and all that shit. I work really hard on my cosplays because I like said character and want to represent them well. I always have liked dressing up since I was a little kid. Right now working on my third league of legends cosplay, Queen Ashe. Because of my first lol cosplay I've made so many friends and lol buddies, seriously the best thing that could have happened. Everyone is so awesome and it's so much fun to play with them. (Plus randoms are terrible to play with) It's so great when shit like that happens because of cosplay. Also I don't drink. So I guess I'm that nerd who goes to the con because they enjoy it?

I'm doing Queen Ashe for a con this weekend! I posted a wip of my bow in the progress thread. I'm in love with the new lulu skin. Considering cosplaying it. Plus Poro Pix is just the best.

Thank you! Yeah I'm going to add a bunch of layers of gesso to it since I'm going to do a base paint with spray paint. I put a dowel in between the pieces while I added the handle so it wouldn't be flimsy.

Thank you! It's made out of pink insulation foam which you can get at any home improvement place. I got a sheet at home depot. The come in different thicknesses too for like $20. I carved out the shape and then sanded the fuck out of it. You can really make any shape you want out of it. The sheets are really big like 8 feet long because they are usually used to put in walls. It's really messy too but I love it for making props.

Ashe bow put together! Still going to fiddle with it a bit before painting it and putting the gems on. I'm doing Queen Ashe so the bow is shaped a little differently than on her original skin.

So far I haven't had any problems while cosplaying league and everyone has been really nice and made a lot of awesome friends and league buddies but I'm scared come next year when I cosplay Jinx with our group at Sakura Con that I'm going to get the 'oh you're just doing it for attention'. I'm hoping the Jinx hype will have died down by then especially with the new champs coming out. A lot of people seemed to be excited for Ao Shin (even though he still wont be out for a while) so hopefully that will take away from it. Also I totally agree that you should post a pic of your cosplay!

This or the heroine from Magical Starsign. I don't know anyone who's played either games though.

Oh no I wanted it to be purple wanted to get Purple Haze but they were sold out. I don't know about Sallys, I have never seen it before.

The thing I don't like about Manic Panic is that you can't tell anything by the samples. I used the Flash lighting 30 on my hair then dyed it using Infared and Violet Night. In the swatches the Violet Night looked blue. I haven't used any other dyes than Manic Panic because I don't know where to buy them (other than online because I don't think they sell them here) However it works really well with my hair.
