I would dump my BSV bags if Craig loses both the Kleinman and McCormack cases, sure. We probably won't know how everything shakes out until early 2020. The final "nail in the coffin" would be no significant market movement once the Tulip Trust unlocks early next year.
In any case, I hold real estate on all three big SHA256 ledgers (BTC/BCH/BSV), so it doesn't matter to me which horse wins in the end, but I will admit I'm partial to BSV for two reasons: one, because it is the least understood / most counter-propagandized of the three big coins, so potential alpha is higher and two because the BSV roadmap of rapid on-chain scaling is desperately needed after years of stagnation and pussyfooting around with neckbeard toys like SegShit and the whole Lightning vaporware.
