This sums up why the west is going to shit, because you view the world through this cowardly lense. No, business exchanges are not zero sum games. A resource or skill is exchanged for a resource that was probably earned with skill. This creates wealth and encourages the world to get better and for people to be inventive, study hard, and resourceful.

Land kikes are the antithesis of that idea. It's an attempt to swoop in and make money for doing nothing. Theres nothing added to the system or world. Theres no creation. You simply suck off the lifeblood of the tenant who's throwing all his wealth at you and who has to set his alarm for 6AM. It's less than zero sum, you fucks dont even maintain and repair the property people worked hard to build. Most people I know had to grind their teeth to contact their kikelords to repair washers, toilets, sinks, etc..

No matter what business you start, it's best to have a very critical eye and spot all the trouble ahead of time. Everything will take twice as long and cost 2-3x. If you are trying something original, you have a 90+% chance a failure. If you try something unoriginal and don't strive to do it in an excellent fashion, you have a 90+% chance of failure. If you start a business down a well traveled path and put in lots of effort and hire the right people, you have a 50% chance of making it more than 3 years. Being a successful entrepreneur means starting enough businesses to overcome the failure rate and find something that works.
