Why did no one from the chainlink team participate in either of these smart contracts conferences in switzerland?

My LINK bags are 50k +- 10%.

I was about to buy 50k more, but I paced around my place for about an hour with a calculator going through different scenarios. I'll buy next week at the bottom. Here's what I think is gonna happen:

ETH's market cap is gonna go into the $3bn range. This means a price of around $30.

Bitcoin is gonna keep getting murdered while BCHSV and BCHABC keep fighting for dominance. BTC will easily drop to $2k.

We'll end up with the big players (BTC,ETH,BCHSV,BCHABC) at around $3b mkt cap for a while. (XRP, EOS and XLM are irrelevant) The crypto market cap will, as a whole, take a 50-75% hit.

In this coming week, LINK will drop 50-75% following the market. The price will reach the $0.07 - $0.14 range. The $0.10 area will be a great area to accumulate. Sergey's talk on dec 3rd won't make the price pump, it'll accelerate the drop to the bottom.

The rise from $0.10 to $1.3 will be glorious and quick. I'll cash out about 20% here. After a pullback, the next target will be $4, where LINK will reach the "big players" at around 1.4bn market cap.

When the market as a whole recovers and reaches 1T mkt cap overall, LINK will reach about 1% of the market, or $30 per coin. After a pullback, the final price will be three times that, $100 or about $30bn mkt cap (3% of the overall mkt cap, or top 6).

$100 EOQ22019

screencap this.

both are around 110-120 usd.

If you're coming from a full fiat position, what is the best buy for the short term? I think ETH will have strong support at 100. BCHSV I have no idea.

I've been reading the finnish 4chan since I found out it exists (a few days ago).

I know quite a bit about Finland. I have finnish friends and I've been to Finland several times. I think it's remarkable how such a small country can develop some great stuff in very high complexity industries (nokia, valmet, etc). This makes me think "if they're in LINK, then we should all be in LINK".

On the other hand, their social interactions can be very...rough. Which makes me question the degree to which they can analyze/ponder the degree of sarcasm (or lack thereof) when it comes to LINK shills, particularly in places such as 4chan, or even reddit (where sometimes the 4chan cuasi sarcastic FUD leaks to).

So...I don't know whether I should be:

a) Glad that I am a link marine, because if they're in, that means it's good to be in.
b) Question my investment in link, because if they're in...I probably shouldn't
c) Happy either way because the fact that a disproportionate amount of link investors are finns is completely irrelevant
d) All of the above
e) None of the above

??

If you own more than 1K link you're in the top 20% of link holders (322k people). If you own more than 14k you're in the top 1% (13k people) . We're a relatively small group of people, fellow linkers, and we're all gonna make it.

(1) Take a look at google trends for the keyword "chainlink coin" worldwide for the last 5 years. The area under the curve represents total interest during that period. That number is 1405. (google presents the numbers in such a way that the peak value is 100)

(2) Take a look at google trends for the keyword "bitcoin" vs "chainlink" worldwide for the last 5 years. The area under each curve represents total interest for each keyword during the preiod. All points for "chainlink" are less than one. I will assume the peak for this series is 0.75, just because I find it to be reasonable (it could be any value between 0 and 0.9999999). "Bitcoin" adds up to 2261 for the last 5 years (peak = 100).

(3) The peak for "chainlink" in step (2) is 0.75, while the peak for "chainlink coin" in step (1) is 100 (google trends always normalizes so the peak is 100). Therefore we need to take 1405 and multiply it by (0.01*0.75) to ensure its peak is = 0.75, and therefore both series will be comparable.

(4) The result is that total interest for "bitcoin" during the period is 2261, while the total interest for "chainlink coin" during the period is 10.5375. This means the link/bitcoin ratio is 10.5375/2261 = 0.00466

(5) Take another rough estimation, such as the one I wrote here >>11658504

In that estimation the link/bitcoin ratio is 10.8/76900 = 0.00014044213

(6) Make another quick estimation with normie sources. Such as:

www.reddit.com/r/bitcoin/ has 977347 subs
www.reddit.com/r/linktrader has 9116 subs

The ratio there is 9116/977347 = 0.009327

(7) The average LINK/Bitcoin ratio we get from google, youtube and reddit is:

(0.00466 + 0.000140 + 0.009327) / 3 = 0.014127/3 = 0.004709

... to be continued

I'm thinking of selling my LINK stack at 0.001 ETH, and rebuying at the 0.0006-0.0005 range. It should drop that low, r-right? why the hell is it rising in ETH? makes no sense.

Couple days ago I was in San Francisco, extremely hungry so I decided to go over to a local McDonalds to get something to eat. I ordered three large big macs with a large diet coke, I always order diet coke so I don't get fat. Anyway I needed to take a piss after that so I went to the bathroom there. Went into one of the open stalls, locked myself in and started a nice long piss. When I'm nearly done converting that diet coke to yellow juice I hear a voice say "don't flush" from the stall next to me and then a set of really louad moans. I zip my dick and go investigate. Upon opening the stall door I could not believe my eyes. It was Sergey Nazarov, the CEO of Smartcontract.com, completely naked with his signature shirt on the floor, he was sitting on the toilet and I am not joking right now, he was literally taking shit from the toilets and smearing it all over his body. There was a LOT of shit on his body, so I assume he went from stall to stall, waiting for people to take a dump and then coming in to do his "cleanup" as he called it. The smell was absolutely disgusting and I felt like throwing up. Even though he saw me he still kept moaning and further smearing the shit all over his body, including his mouth and nose. I didn't want anything to do with that so I apologized for disrupting him and tried to walk out but he grabbed me by my arm and said "oh, like you're doing now?". I was awestruck so I said "huh?" and he kept shutting me up and going "huh" "huh" "huh" just like in that other anon's story. The shit was thankfully slimy so I managed to slip from his grab and run away. I'm never coming back to that McDonalds again, and I suggest neither of you go there either. Just a friendly warning.
