You could honestly use half of that money to start a company and use that company to buy tax liens/deeds. depending on your county you can get 18% per year and after 2-4 years; you can excercise the deed and put the property up for auction or if it is a deed, evict the lazy tenets who can't pay property tax and now you own house for cheap while gettin 18% back of your investment.

Cannabro here. My losses have been recouped since my run. I am going to smoke away the bad juju so stocks can go higher. I believe TLRY is just going through whiplash from people taking profits; but this is the dip before the 100+launch. When the APHA merger pops you'll never see TLRY under 40 again. Also I trimmed shares yesterday so I am happy. I am not losing nearly as much as I couldve. Gotta learn to trim shares on blood green days.

Also dividends of 1.26 because it is an REIT. which grants special taxes. I am in accounting. This is absolutely long term gains. Though it can be used for short term on penny stocks. you can see whether or not there is growth or stagnation.
Pretty much so long as you don't come up negative in the equation; your company is going to do fine and should grow in the stock market. These are fundamentals and do not cover the current clown market; though this is what I used to get into my cannabis stocks.
