This is a falsehood, they have some of the highest-grade silver around (21 oz/ton) with an AISC of $8-10 dollars and are profitable even at $12 dollar. Graeme O'Neil refused to produce until now because he didn't want to give away cheap silver to the COMEX. He'd rather give it to his shareholders.
