"Did you know that the average penny silver stock went up 150 times in price, when the price of silver merely doubled? Think about that for a moment. The AVERAGE penny silver stock—I'm not talking about one or two stocks here—the AVERAGE one—went up 150 TIMES—when silver merely DOUBLED. One company, Coeur d'Alene, even went up 1000x! Does this sound unbelievable to you? Well, trust me, it’s really true. It happened between 1962 and 1968, and similar things have taken place in subsequent silver bull markets. The data is common knowledge among academics, and is right there to read in Doug Casey’s 1980 classic economics book “Crisis Investing.”

Bayhorse Silver (TSXV: BHS; OTCBB: KXPLF; FSE: 7KXN) is one of the only penny silver stocks which can DEMONSTRABLY go 100x from here at $60 silver. This is on the basis of imminent production (1.3 million ounces per year) and future cash flow (cost per ounce as low as $7) at a 30x cash-flow valuation, vs present market cap, which is minuscule—only $20 million! At $60 silver, you could turn a $1000 investment into $100,000. At $1000 silver, Bayhorse might go 2000x—you could turn $1000 into $2 million!

$60 silver is obviously inevitable. But what’s more, the COMEX is going to break, imminently. 20-day deliveries of 10.4 million from 02/19/21 are the highest amount ever over the past 20 years. If that breakage happens, silver could go anywhere, from $500 to $5000. Where is the price of Bayhorse then? Don’t miss the opportunity of a lifetime in BHS! We’re still at rock bottom, and, without exaggeration, this investment might be bigger than 2011 Bitcoin."

Yes, the Bayhorse Mine is producing 100,000 silver ounces right now for Ocean, one of the largest concentrate-dealers in the world. The $2.5 million collected from the deal will allow it to scale up to 1.3 million silver ounces per annum.

https://ceo.ca/@newsfile/bayhorse-silver-executes-formal-offtake-agreement-with

"Bayhorse is pleased to announce that it has executed a Definitive Offtake Agreement with Ocean Partners UK Limited, ("Ocean") for the sale of silver/copper concentrate from its Bayhorse Silver Mine in Oregon, USA.

The initial offtake agreement is for the delivery and sale of 300 metric tons or 15 full container loads of silver/copper concentrate that is being produced from the Company's Bayhorse Silver Mine. Among other conditions, Ocean has the right of first refusal to a 12 month contract extension after completion of the delivery of the first 300 metric tons of silver/copper concentrate.

Jay Hemenway, Senior Trader in charge of By-Products, Precious and Minor Metals (USA) for Ocean states, "We are pleased to partner with Bayhorse and look forward to a long-term relationship as Bayhorse further develops its silver mining operations.""

I won't disclose my exact share count. Don't really see the point. BHS has now gone more than double since I first brought it up here a few weeks ago so nobody can accuse me of pumping and dumping anything. All I've ever done is talk about clear fundamentals. Either accept them or reject them.

The market cap is still only $28 million. Barely 1x imminent cash flow. Bayhorse can go to a 1.5 billion market cap at $60 silver. The calculations are all on SH.

To provide some further reasons why "this time it's different," which I've given to people here before:

-

"In previous years you didn't have negative real yields, or Weimar-Germany levels of inflation, or 40% real unemployment, or the mass lockdowns and pandemic hoax, or a silver shortage so severe that silver has pretty much disappeared from the face of the earth, or a mass movement online (wallstreetsilver now 30,000 members) with widespread information about the COMEX and how this all works, or de-dollarization to the extent that Russia now owns more gold than dollars, or the knowledge about what happened last time and hence how we can defeat the system this time in light of that knowledge, or mass hatred of the U. S. government by more than half its population and the desire to see it fall. Also, you didn't have debt and asset-bubbles so severe that even a 1.5 or 2% nominal 10-year yield can crash the system."

Basically, they already have the off-take purchase agreement with Ocean and they're producing right now, it's for about 100,000 silver ounces plus some copper for about $2-2.5 million.

https://ceo.ca/@newsfile/bayhorse-silver-executes-formal-offtake-agreement-with

I presume that the next earnings report should show cash flow and that that's when BHS will either crash and fail (which I don't think will happen) should they fail to meet their obligations, or get re-rated as a producer and completely soar.

Anything which gives you access to penny stocks. Schwab, International Brokers, Fidelity are three examples. If you can't get your hands on a broker which gives that access in the end then I recommend AG, although it's a mid-tier not a microcap.

>nothing happened in the 2 years that I've been bagholding

/pmg/ didn't exist until 2020 and nobody mentioned Bayhorse on /biz/ until mid-2020 so I find this comment to be unlikely, but I'll take your word for it.

Bayhorse refused to sell at $14 silver even though it could have made a profit and good on Bayhorse for doing so. It's now on the verge of full production and is producing silver as we speak. As I said in a previous thread, making about $2 million from the deal with Ocean, which is one of the largest concentrate dealers on earth (you can verify this on their website). The deal is for 30 days of production or about 100,000 ounces of silver, but Ocean then wants to extend it to 300 days a year and pay for full production annual from Bayhorse.

https://ceo.ca/@newsfile/bayhorse-silver-executes-formal-offtake-agreement-with

"The initial offtake agreement is for the delivery and sale of 300 metric tons or 15 full container loads of silver/copper concentrate that is being produced from the Company's Bayhorse Silver Mine. The deal with Ocean clearly justifies all the figures which I gave in this infographic and post. >>29134139

How much will Bayhorse moon today on a silver up day? 10%? 20%? 100%?
