feels good. Only $160k left on the principal but my interest rate is only 3.3% so why pay it off early. Only downside is, Texas has high property taxes where I live but at least no income taxes. Maybe someday when I'm older I'll just buy a house cash money somewhere else in TN and live there.
Just need to get my car situation handled. $160/mo coverage really blows. No tickets or anything but it is what it is. Should sell it and just get a reasonable civic si which'll have lower insurance.
