Is there even a way to get a proper job if you have a criminal record and conviction?

Would any employers overlook what happened if you present yourself well and explain what happened for jobs that aren't for plebs?

STEM fag here who recently graduated and looking jobs (mainly data monkey work). I was completely shocked when I discovered that virtually every company out there requires you to do an IQ and personality test. And sadly, I'm getting completely getting BTFO by these tests. Whats even more frustrating is that these companies never give your results back to check what you did wrong, so I have absolutely no way to correct any mistakes I keep on making or what the minimum IQ and personality score these companies require.

There doesn't seem to be any way to prepare for these tests because they're all proprietary IQ tests made by independent firms.

So what should I do /biz/ other than killing myself?

Appreciate any helpful advice or insults
