Their code is incredibly Ethereum intertwined, so it wasn’t designed with multiple blockchains in mind, right now they are building Ethereum oracles, this concerns me a little bit from an architecture perspective, since it means they are rushing for their primary use case, ideally they should have tried abstracting as much as possible from the blockchain and instead following an ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) design approach, this will hurt their development in the future.

This is a good primer on the technical differences and similarities between the two. The big ticket feature for FSN imo will be the ability to plug in offchain data into smart contracts. This will be big draw for real world adoption.

In addition, The CEO of Fusion incubated both Vechain (he was also the original ceo) and QTUM. He was the person responsible for the Vechain / Price Waterhouse Cooper partnership. You can't have as low block times as they'd need with PoW, at least not without something like GHOST or SPECTRE. Their whitepaper and docs are handwavy.

The team is inexperienced and their reasoning for how all schemes that use validators are centralized is absolutely retarded. If they're basing all of this on that they should have much stronger arguments. The introduction of the Emblems does not really prevent miner centralization from what I understand.

Instead of helping member-chains scale they introduce a new chain which is as unscalable as the sum of the unscalable chains.

There's no way they can do secure cross-chain logic transfer.
