Apparently Ripple says they are working with banks but this can't be a secret. Satoshi called them out about it on twitter. If they have working framework (Ripple labs) they are legally required by law to make this open to the public. Ripple XRP says it's due to an NDA but this is bullshit.

Wow nice, <I see there are alot of people on this website holding the XRP token. I'm feeling very bullish. For me personally I think once the SEC case settles in about 2 weeks we would see massive bullish momentum to the upside. We could be looking at $5 to $15 XRP by the end of the year.
