It's because of the recent news that Link is getting integrated by Oracle, and will be providing oracles to the likes of Microsoft, AMD, E&Y, ...
And also because Chainlink proved to be extremely resilient during the recent trial by fire; performing beautifully during the gas congestion armageddon while other oracles (like Maker's) shat the bed.
