Are you claiming that major companies currently don't have to do extensive due diligence before they execute any contract at all? Are you claiming they can, for example, just write up an insurance contract with specific payments based on specific conditions, and just leave it be after that? Are you claiming said contract would work as intended completely without any oversight or scrutiny? Are the payments automated? Are the companies using tamper proof data feeds for these contracts? Are they doing this on a scale of millions of contracts a year?
