The average marriage lasts 8 years. For marriages under 10 years you have to pay alimony up to 50%, i.e. 4 years on average.

That means if you have no assets and a net income of less than 26.5k you have a net gain. For each 6k in assets you have to earn 1k less per year to make it a profitable venture.

We're up 600k in the last two quarters (but remember Q2 2022 was likely increased due to hedge fund chicanery).
