i won't change my setup now, put in all the orders yesterday and just watch it play out. if it shoots up to 20k now i made 1 btc in a day which still would be nice. if it dumps to 12.6k i close half the position and made more than 10. even if we dump to 10k it would still only be a bullish retest in this bullmarket. we've had plenty of those in 2016

In Romania a studio apartment costs 30k euros and you rent it for 185 euros (used to be 20k and 125 euros)
Vacancy is expensive as hell depending on how many rooms you rent per night and where. Usually it goes around 60 euros per night.

Bee keeping is way more profitable depending with how many beehives you start, in what region and how productive your bees are.
The big money is made from selling vitamin C.
Honey costs like 12$ per kg here. A beehive with bees costs around 125$/106€, can't remember if with honey or not.

Truffle plantation can also be profitable IF you are able to plant A LOT of pine trees relative to area and are willing to guard your plantation for 5 years. Mushroomd'd trees and land outside the area are cheaper than starting with beekeeping. Way easier to learn too, there isn't much to learn.
