How do you guys buy options when the contract price is going lower and lower and you just want to throw money at it? I'm trying to avoid "throwing money at it" when it comes to buying contracts. It seems like a dumb idea to buy a contract just because "look how cheap it is!" I'm not even talking about sunk cost fallacy, I'm just asking whether you guys have strategy with your money allotments. Do you let yourself buy a contract for $0.03 when you still have conviction that it will turn into a $1.00? Or do you stop yourself because you don't want to "throw money" and would rather strategically allot it.

yeah the problem is you don't make that money out of the gate, after you get your license you have to fly cargo for 5 years, then you have to fly shitty connector flights for 5 years, and then finally you might be able to land a big boy job at United, Delta, etc. but you'll start at the bottom again and you'll have to spend another 10 years flying routes that nobody else wants before your have any kind of control over your schedule

Apparently, yes. I checked Exxon's website for this. But don't quote me on how they get their heating oil. I wouldn't be surprised if big conglomerates like Exxon can provide heating oil while others don't. Occidental Petroleum, for example, doesn't seem to proffer this on their website.
