It's literally the opposite of over. Have any of you guys looked at the age pyramid? There are less young people than ever in recent history, meaning less competition for positions of power once the old fucks die off. Add to that the amount of young people not willing to compete because they are so addicted to video games, porn and internet and it means even less competition of actual, real good positions. I'm being offered them at a relatively young age just because i was willing to try and boomers have retired. Every generation has it's own people grabbing the power, and ours will be no different.

This also applies to women btw. It's easier than ever to become a "top dog" of one's own generation and be viewed as a top alpha male of your generation to the women too. Because all of this is confined to one's own generation.
