I'm in the process of selling 2 of my city apartments. For a total of 1.4m. This will go into into BTC and Link within the next 6 weeks unless there's another delay in the process, then it will take longer.
I already have enough BTC to feel comfortable. But I have a suspicion that real estate may take a hit soon. And BTC will never really come down as low as some expect again. At least that's what I think.
