I think as long as you are trying to enjoy things without doing it for validation from people a decade younger than you you’ll avoid the hyper-cringe category.

Also as long as you have your shit together in your day life you can get away with most things quite deep into the aging process.

You eventually start getting diminishing returns with most recreational drug use after a while and seeking out new friends just to continue a certain lifestyle also seems pretty hollow but other than that I’ve been the same 16 to 29, just lowered the frequency.
