Both my transactions are in, but how do we know we won't actually get refunded, lol.
There is no smart contract, just individual caps, that if combined, add up to much more than 32m.
Now they'll manually send tokens and might need to refund some of us.

Is it possible that every 7 eth (or less) transactions sent until the ending time counted to final cap calculation? So everyone that sent it before ending time made it? Maybe they considered all the pending transactions to fix the end of the crowdsale, so everyone would be ok.

I was a bit generous in my estimate aswell and assumed that not every transaction would be for 7 eth and some may actually be for something else other than the ICO, but after looking at the blocks it looks like 99% of the transactions are for the ICO and almost all of them are the full 7 ether so 480 is looking more unlikely.
Fingers crossed for anyone just outside the cutoff, you can still buy for 2x/3x the minute it releases on etherdelta and join the long moonmission.

That's because they raised $29m in a pre-sale that was never disclosed. So really only $3m was available in the crowdsale.
There are a ton of red flags with this project. The team is comprised of literally 2 guys with no road map. They didn't implement a smart contract for their ICO which is hilariously ironic. The individual hard cap of 7 ETH isn't enforceable at all. The team has been silent in their Slack channel. They haven't addressed any community concerns at all.
If you invested your money into this I can only tell you to do better DD.

The total per block is in eth yes.
In the email they sent they said that the eth value is locked at 285 USD. If they indeed only sold 3mil this gives us 3000000/285 which is 10526.31 ETH collected to reach the goal.
So depending on how many of those non-7 transactions were part of the ICO the cutoff will most likely be between blocks 477 and 480.

I am listed as an adviser on their site. I have been busy all day so I just saw this stuff pop up. I am going to get in touch with the folks at SmartContract and see what's going on. At this time my perspective is that this was likely a mistake/poor programming practice rather than deception, but I am completely aware of how it looks. If I get a hunch of deception of any kind I will shout it from the rooftops (update this comment, post more comments on relevant threads, and make a statement on Twitter). For the moment I trust the team at SmartContract and think this was a dumb mistake or non-malicious error.

CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW 16 M$ BECAME 29M$? ITS AN 80% INCREASE AND ETH DID NOT INCREASE BY THAT MUCH DURING THAT PERIOD. APPARENTLY THEY GAVE 30% EXTRA TO THE FAGS THAT GAVE EARLY AND MISSED OUT ON THE ETH INCREASE, HOWEVER THIS DOES NOT EXPLAIN THE 80% INCREASE.
