Unless I am misunderstanding, this is not a swipe at chainlink per-say. This is simply an additional method of authenticating data, which chainlink could in turn utilize in addition to TCPs. Authenticating the source is not chainlink's only or even primary use-case (oracle reliability/security/accuracy is, which is only partially covered by multi-factor authentication), and it seems unlikely that this solution will work in all contexts.
