Also for the record in April of last year I was putting a gun in my mouth to see how it felt and trying to find the best angle to make sure I died. I’ll have to take it slow. I quit all substances after a psychosis this past winter, I exercise, eat simple, and focus on my readings everyday. Maybe I’ll work martial arts into my life to channel my rage.

With LINK I’ll be able to afford the right therapy. I’m a leaf so through the gubbament means drug therapy only. Sad!
