Well I heard about CEPTR before any of this launched from a researcher for Mozilla. Arthur is a pretty well known VC and political lobbyist. My local radio station even mentioned him last week for funding gubernatorial candidates. Matthew is also a VC in the bay and has been active for a couple of years.
