Get a cheap cube van. Cut a window in the side and paint a logo on it (design in photoshop, cut out stencils, spray paint on). Now you've got a food truck. Go to Costco, buy individually wrapped snacks by the pallet. Sell them for 5x markup. There was an enterprising truck that did this at my highschool. Only worked 2 hours a day during lunch, must have banked over $2.5k a week (rich neighborhood). Plus if there are staggered lunch periods at different schools, you can travel around and maximize profit.
