Fuck me sideways this coin is so incredibly cheap. Gotta be dumb not to buy this dip. It used to cost 10€. Tech is only getting better, the team is solid. I just doubled up, from 2k to 4k. cost me 2500€.
I'll be getting a whole ark every day. That's gonna cover my living expenses till kingdom come starting in 2019 or 2020.

It has been in development for about a year now you retard. Nobody expects ARK to magically jump to $100 any time soon. The real price action is going to happen once all of its parts are fully operational. Instead of spending millions on bs marketing campaigns, this team has been stoically at work to deliver something that will truly revolutionize block chain tech as a whole.

I've been spending 5% of my monthly income on ARK and i'll keep doing that untill it becomes unaffordable.

ArkVM has nothing to do with anything except running Solidity contracts on Ark. The magic is being able to add custom code into v2 consensus using the plugin system, which is more low level and cleaner than running shitty meme contracts. VM is not important except for "legacy" code written in Solidity.

Side chains may want to interact to pass information to other side chains. Just like ETH contracts interact with other ETH contracts.

See this trash? - https://github.com/PersonaIam/persona-mainnet/commit/248e08c5667950d210eba8ae2900282d3ea975ba

This was Chang's emergency test fix for Ark's mainnet issue last week. It was not meant to be merged into a mainnet branch. Persona stole the code and merged it without realizing what it does. This code breaks ALL bridgechain and local testing environments, rendering anyone trying to test on Persona's blockchain unable to use the software at all.

A proper patch was put out later, written by me and deployed to ARK mainnet, and I had to do a PR to Persona just to remind them to remove the hack they foolishly put in earlier.

"The thing I think everyone needs to remember is that the sole purpose of the ARK Core layer was to create a bare bones light weight payment network that did not have full smart contract support (to eliminate security and bloating/congestion issues) but would be able to transact in and out to pegged bridgechains by utilizing a combination of SmartBridge (and atomic swap style tx's) as well as ACES.

Every bridged chain that our team builds, so if we build an ark bridge chain for token issuance for ICO's, our IPFS storage chain, our ARKVM full smart contract chain, will all most likely (it is the plan right now) feature pegged tokens. Meaning using SmartBridge, you send one token to the bridged chain, you get one token out on the other chain.

The key is that you won't ever have to do that process or even theoretically know it is happening once we get to the later stages of our roadmap.

If you want to issue a smart contract on Ethereum using ACES, you simply send ARK. If you want to store something on our IPFS chain, you power up your capacity with ARK and then upload your docs, and our system can do the conversions automatically using SmartBridge, ACES, or partnered exchanges like Blockport for liquidity.

So essentially ARK becomes a core currency for the entire ecosystem.

Will every bridged chain that is built on ARK feature pegged chains? Probably not. But the key is that they have that option right out of the box. Assuming they don't alter the code to somehow avoid it, our ecosystem developers & community could build the capability to transact between that bridged chain without their devs having to do anything as long as the liquidity exists.

So ARK is a lean, fast payment layer, that can then be seamlessly converted on the fly to whatever token is needed for the chain you want to interact with.

It's the entire reason for building bridges. To eliminate the need for users to hold 1,000 different tokens to do what they want to do in the decentralized economy."
