I noticed now that all the moonboys are gone we have more useful threads. Let's use this moment to educate eachother

To the oldfags: what do you believe will be the next Ethereum?

whew that stings.
I was a BTC maximalist cuck at the time. Personally made a few people not buy by explaining that BTC will have its own smart contracts and ETH will be useless in comparison.

Whew lads I fucked myself and those normies who trusted me on ETH dearly

I played the last BTC cycle perfectly and sold fuck-you-money amounts in December after holding since early 2013.

A big mistake came afterwards: during this current bear-market I started DCA-ing into a diverse folio of the big bluechips. But I started too early and am bleeding right now.
Learned from it that I let the december success get to my head and got too greedy and enthusiastic about buying back and doubling my sats.

Need more patience but its gonna be good on the next cycle. Could have been holding much bigger stacks with some more patience though.

You probably cucked me. I stayed out because I saw that argument, and it made sense. Instead, we got betrayed by the Bitcoin core devs. I hate Bch too, but they're right about Bitcoin being deliberately crippled as an assault on the whole space.

>> No.9885640

>>9885624
Yea I take some solace in the fact that what I was saying should have happened if the devs stuck to the original plan or at least allowed things like rootstock.

Yep. Exactly like that. Everyone, including me thought it was a joke. The regret is fucking strong....

I don't post about it (done accumulating) , but I actually have 100k link. Bought very cheap too, and will buy more if it hits 10c. I'm a Dapp dev, the ability to connect up different technologies, chains etc will be huge. I get hard thinking about it, as different platforms have various strengths and weaknesses which would synergistically combine to finally deliver the future killer apps that'll bring us to the moon. Want to have an Ethereum smart contract DAO, managing a fleet of trucks using a DAG platform like Iota, with logistics handled via AMB, using a Xuma database to store it all securely, and the Frontend served via Holochain? Chainlink is the glue that turns EVERY crypto platform into being interoperable with all the others (almost one big collection of sidechains) & legacy tech/apis too of course.

Linkies can be insanely annoying, but get an insurance stack just in case.

>mfw there will actually be a mass suicide when Chainlink's mainnet is out and the price starts climbing
I mean it's not 100% sure ofc, but nothing is. Everything is a bet and if you have researched Chainlink and you're still not betting on it, then I guess you deserve to die.

>> No.9885811

Aion. It’s price rise will be bigger than eth’s.

>> No.9885817

Zilliqa is my biggest bag at the moment, I’ve been in since ICO. Significant increase in TPS over ETH and it avoids lots of issues with ETH smart contracts by using a simpler smart contract language. I’m also seeing a bright future for chainlink and bluzelle.

lmfao

I was thinking the same thing on buying a stack if it hits 10c. From the traders I talk to we could see 3-5k BTC which would put Chainlink at a nice discount

>> No.9887137

Ethereum will be the next Ethereum. Crypto market is still in its infancy right now, and ETH is currently moving out of proof-of-concept phase and into scale-up phase of development. As DLT and smart contracts become ingrained into every aspect of global commerce, ETH will be the backbone and primary method of value transfer (BTC is not really well suited for this due to its limited divisibility). Oracle services like ChainLink will also play a part (though CL itself may be usurped by better development teams if they don't get their shit in gear).
