Basically they are too underfunded and don't understand the tech to even consider being able to properly regulate it so they are sticking with their original rules, which, still wont work.

They literally can't do shit. They could pass every law they want but its uninforcable. They're too scared to even hint at a law passing as well, all they can do is talk big and act like they have power. They have nothing, the kikes have been found out.

>It would be “silly” for the Securities and Exchange Commission to write Initial Coin Offering rules when the investments change so quickly, SEC Democratic Commissioner Robert Jackson Jr. asserted today.

>Because of the rapid change, rules written today could look foolish three months from now, Jackson said. He pointed to guidance on ICOs as the best tact for the Commission.

the SEC just pretends to do something until the price tanks and they can use this excuse. by the next bullrun theyll be at a different agency and it will be someone else's problem. rinse and repeat. god bless america.

The moment they pass a law is the moment they legitimize crypto. Them passing a law against crypto will be the progenitor of their fall.

crypto investment is therefore a win win.

Eventually it will get passed to pro crypto people with higher than 80 iqs of the current sec.

>> No.9878687

uhmm, no, actually, they are going to pass a law that cryptocurrency transactions are illegal without a license, meaning exchanges will all have to close their doors to unlicensed US citizens (most will just shut down completely.

This is OK though because we will be able to use Lightning Network which is not a cryptocurrency and it will be regulated and the future of money!
