You dont need that man. What I do is go near an MacDonald or something similar and take all food spares, like bags of potatoes or other similar items. Then quickly go a bit more distant and ingest them outside the general public view. This way I can save many moneys last year, put all into crypto.

am i retarded for refusing to work retail? i've been applying to other places since i let go (downsizing) from my job 3 months ago. have had like 15-20 interviews but fucking no one wants me. i'm literally applying for call centre shit, the type of job that's just barely above retail. do i just swallow my pride and go back into that dogshit industry for the time being?

Look at righand and hotshot jobs in midland texas. they are booming that they will hire anyone with a pulse. there are often job conventions as well every so often. if you are really desperate you can fly down for a day or two to hand out resumes to them all.

They are hiring so many that retail stores are running out of staff and closing earlier.

you're asking a little too much buddy. That reminds me of a job that I previously had. Made the equivalent of $16 an hour throughout the week thanks to tips and worked on average 30 hours a week, got free lunch/dinner depending on the shift I worked, it was very low on the actual work on most days and typically got to see free entertainment near the end. Best job I ever had, even though some days could get BORING.

Walmart pays decently but literally drains your soul, just like all them other big retailers. Try working for a small retail store. You have a lot more freedom and will actually leave the shift not wanting to drive into the nearest body of water.

Haven't gotten an actual interview though, however the place called me and asked me to apply again on their site instead of doing it through Indeed. They told me they already seen my Resume. Sooo is that a good sign? I can't imagine them telling me to apply once again if they weren't already at least a little interested after seeing my Resume.

You can get your CDL at 18 but you will only be allowed to drive intrastate(within states lines). If you are 21, you can drive interstate(anywhere in the USA). You can get a decent trucking job at 21, but some places want you to be 23 for insurance reasons.

I literally just started working for my new employer about 3 week ago, but I'm driving with my dad so I can share you some of his experiences. The main issue is finding a decent employer that pays and treats you well. Also, adjusting to working 10-14 hours a day can be difficult, but doable. Government regulations like hours of service, and truck scales can be a pain the ass. Being away from home sucks sometimes, but it doesn't bother me too much since I don't have a girlfriend/wife, or kids.

Currently, I'm making 42 cents per mile + benefits and cash bonuses. My dad's been trucking for about 5 years now and he's making 60 cents a mile + cash bonus for health insurance and having a safe driving record. We drive as a team and both drive about 2500-3000 miles a week.
