this happened to me buying high and selling low. I learned my lesson, now I look for things trending way down and am willing to hodl til Im at a profit, whether its days or weeks. it's way safer and less stressful, and you dont mind holding a loss for a little bit as long as you had at least a decent entry, because it will most likely cross your buy in again on the way back up as long as you bought closer to the bottom than the top.
