Just found some info, the founder Denis Petrovcic will be speaking on a panel to at London Tech Week on June 14th which is "How can governments work with the private sector to restructure how property is bought, sold, owned and registered through the blockchain"

For all those who are calling scam and not buying, why are they actively involved in helping set standard legal practice with government approval??

From my understanding the more properties get tokenized the price of the token would rise along with it. So once the platform launches I don't really think it matters what the market is doing, but until then bst will go along with the current market.
