it looks to me like its forming some kind of inverse h&s if you look on a low timeframe....i would guess lots of people are afraid of barts and have stoplosses on their shorts above the neckline and so the bart will become a self fulfilling prophecy.....

what else is there to trade that is volatile enough (up or down doesnt matter) and not cucked by regulations....? at least with this bear market i got pretty good with trading but the lack of volatility is not making it worthwile
