Would i be crazy if i were to sell this apartment i inherited from my dad and use most of the money to fund the business i've been thinking about for the past 2-3 years?

I don't have anywhere to live, right now i'm in another town renting a place with my gf so i would be gambling with my only asset and accomodation but on the flip side i have a complete business plan ready down to the smallest detail that already works wonders in my hometown (where i used to work) and i want to copy and apply it here, in a much bigger city, with what i consider to be reasonable odds of success.

However, do i 'gamble' my home? I'm 25, child and debt free
