Can we have a serious discussion for a change?

Ignore the current price action (which is dictated by chink hype scams anyway at the moment) and focus on the product. REQ still is one of the most fundamentally sound projects out there.

In 2 years you will see screenshots of threads like these and regret falling for FUD accumulation.

dude stop being desperate. i've held since ICO and this shit would be lucky to not fall off the face of CMC.

you are delusional. don't be emotionally invested in bags. the project was a real long shot to begin with and this faggy french team has absolutely destroyed any chances they had

>serious discussion
>ignore the current price action
keep telling yourself it will be ok OP. we are probably hitting lows of .6-.7 before we can even DREAM of bouncing back up to that disgusting .30 pricepoint.

its over man.

Use the shopify plugin and buy some stuff via Request. Once I did that, my eyes were opened and I began to understand how big this could be. It was faster / easier than using a credit card. I shit you not - my honest opinion.

if the AMA is bad and the update this week is lackluster, I just don't know anymore. Held since ICO and thought this was my ticket to NEETdom. the idea of having to keep wagecucking for the next 40-45 years scares me.

Held since ICO, already sold some during the previous January pump. REQ can get really big and I believe in the project, the team is great, ignore what these shits are saying. They have achieved every roadmap objective on time so far. The only incompetent thing they have done so far was how they handled the Wikimedia France partnership.

People who struck gold with BTC were the ones who held throughout the dips, not the weak hands who sold at 100usd.

Dont get me wrong though, this shit could fail and you need to be prepared to lose it all.

Care to explain REQies? Why the DEVS dump in bear instead of buying back their coins like other projects

REQ was 66th, now 140th rank.

Now they have 0 incentive to work on this shitcoin as they dumped all their holdings during fucking BEAR.

NOT AT THE TOP in JANUARY, but at the bottom during bear. LET THAT SINK IN idiot.

>> No.9797786

Level of FUD for REQ is reaching critical mass. Price is down magnitudes from ATH. Nosedived in cmc rankings. Gets dumped and dumped more after every announcement. Yet the project development itself is still on track.

I think we're in for one major fucking eruption in the coming months, gents. I'm execited for x10 at the very least.

Im a fan of the project but sold all my req after the last update. The tipping point was the bullshit sugar-coating in the blog posts. Wikimedia was misleading, the new roadmap was marketing speak for 'we're way behind and need to get our shit together'. We invest our money in and deserve better than that, just be honest with your community.
Im keeping up to date with their progress and looking forward to the AMA but they really need to hire better marketers.

>> No.9799071

OP, sadly biz isn't the old biz. We're reaching levels of retardedness and lack of proper discussions I haven't ever seen here. You won't get many coherent replies.

The harsh truth is, over the next few months REQ will continue to be one of the worst investments you can have. They need to work a lot on their communication and marketing, because they're bottom of the barrel atm. The next 2-3 weeks are crucial as they will show how can they react to the community sentiment which has shifted completely.

Right now the only thing that keeps them afloat on plebbit (which is their main online presence platform) is that guy AdmREQ who even did the plugin stuff.

I like the project, but this is inexcusable assuming we're talking about professionals. Until they fix their marketing (AMA will be crucial) and they don't provide a clear roadmap (even if it postpones some of the goals), bags will continue to be unloaded.

On the other hand, the plugins are neat and some of the core REQ fans who run ecommerce projects have been playing around with them. This is good, some initial adoption push even though it's from obvious fanboys.
