Because Welfare does more for rich people than poor.

By giving welfare you stimulate the economy by increasing spending, which tends to bring back most of the money BACK into the Rich people's hands.

Also it's basically a tax so that niggers don't revolt. Imagine a US without welfare... Niggers would burn down universities and kill people they perceive to be rich oppressors(read: White people).

With a physical voting machine, the whole concept is too close minded, the "machine" system still has a lot of problems. A physical machine can be eliminated with an internet voting system with 2 step authentication system, which is known technology. There are 380,000,000 Americans, and I don't know any that want to take off work, drive to a facility, wait in line, deal with volunteers and paper, and then wait in another line. Internet voting is not perfect but it's the next logical evolution in democracy.
