The truths of this world:

Not all people are equal
Absolute scum can lead perfectly happy and rich lives, many times without getting their dues for it.
Good people that live honest lives get into car accidents or get shot.
Working people will die a year or two into retirement.
Some people will suffer all their lives to die suffering, other people will lead comfortable lives and die in relative comfort.

Just accept this, and stop hiding behind a feel good wall of "karma will get them" to be able to face reality. Karma may never get them, they may have gotten 100 eth and get to spend and enjoy it and never get caught. Anything that happens to them is random chance that would happen to people that live honest lives as well.
