Anyone here own property and rent it out? I'm looking for some advice on where to get started.

Almost nobody here in the UK that's not a boomer can afford to buy a house, we also build 500k a year and bring a net 600k people (under a conservative government) - the price of property is not going down.

Please anons, I need some help bringing in passive income.
